“All Of Us Are Dead” Zombie K-Drama Set For Season 2


South Korean hit zombie drama, “All of Us Are Dead,” is set to return for a second season, delighting fans after a two-year hiatus. The drama performed well and was well received by the audience and is now the 2nd most watched K-drama series on Netflix, right after Squid Game. BH Entertainment, lead star Park Ji-hu’s talent agency, revealed on Instagram that Netflix plans to release “All of Us Are Dead Season 2” later this year.


Park Ji-hu, who plays Nam Onjo, one of the high school survivors from Season 1, is confirmed to return. The show, based on Joo Don-geun’s popular webtoon and created by Chun Sung-li, Lee Jae-kyoo, and Kim Nam-su, originally debuted with a 12-episode first season featuring a talented cast, including Yoon Chan-young, Cho Yi-hyun, Park Solomon, Son Sang-yeon, Lee Yoo-mi, and Seung-Ri.

Set in South Korea, the series follows high school students trapped inside their school during a zombie outbreak, forcing them to fight for survival against undead classmates and faculty. Season 1 concluded with Cheong-san’s tragic death and Nam-ra gaining superhuman abilities while holding on to her humanity.

While details about Season 2’s storyline and cast lineup remain undisclosed, fans eagerly anticipate the continuation of the gripping narrative. In addition to “All of Us Are Dead,” Netflix has also confirmed the return of other popular Korean shows, including “Squid Game Season 2,” which features returning cast members Lee Jung-jae, Wi Ha-joon, Lee Byung-hun, and Gong Yoo. Netflix’s 2024 lineup also includes shows like “Gyeongseong Creature Season 2,” “Hellbound Season 2,” “Sweet Home Season 3,” “Weak Hero Class Season 2,” and reality shows “Zombieverse Season 2” and “Physical: 100 Season 2.”
