Chief Tony Okocha, the Chairman, Caretaker Committee of the APC in Rivers on Sunday, congratulated Gov. Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers on his 49th birthday.
Okocha, who is also the Rivers representative on the Management Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) said he joined the rest of the world in celebrating Fubara.
