Burna Boy is set to make his Nollywood film debut by taking up the role of an executive producer in the upcoming thriller titled 3 Cold Dishes. Produced by his production company, Spaceship Films, the film tells the story of three teenagers sold as sex slaves. They are reunited after thirteen years to plot their revenge.
The release date of the film has not yet been announced. However, this feat makes it Burna Boy’s official film debut after dedicating his career to music.

The film will feature AMVCA winner and star actor of Breath of Life, Wale Ojo, and also include the likes of Osas Ighodaro and Femi Jacobs alongside actors from Ivory Coast and Senegal.
In addition to his recent nominations at the 2024 BET Awards, Burna Boy announced a recent remix of Tshwala Bam. The Afrobeat singer would be going up against big names in the industry like Drake, Usher, and Chris Brown for the BET Awards.
Tshwala Bam was released on 15th May. The track quickly gained popularity after amassing over 255,000 streams on its release day. The remix saw Burna Boy team up with South African artists TitoM, Yuppe, and S.N.E.
Burna Boy has also been nominated for Best African Entertainer at the 2024 Ghana Entertainment Awards.
