Covenant Capital empowers young professionals at career fair

Covenant Capital, a non-governmental organisation has empowered hundreds of aspiring professionals, and job seekers to achieve financial stability.

This is to enable them contribute to their communities through job creation, economic empowerment, and role modelling.

This was disclosed at a career fair, an initiative of The Covenant Nation, held at The Covenant Place, Lagos, marking a significant milestone in the organisation’s mission to empower individuals to achieve their God-given purposes.

Tagged: ‘The 21st Century Workplace: Adapting to the Changing Dynamics,’ the fair saw over 50 organisations across various industries participating including Ernst and Young, Fidson, WEMA Bank, Beiersdorf Nivea, Monie Point, Meristem Securities, ICS Outsourcing, HRLeverage Africa, Leadway Insurance, Trainlance, Banwo & Ighodalo among others.

The companies displayed opportunities, allowing attendees to explore diverse career paths, get recruited, and gain valuable insights into their professional journeys.

The event featured insightful panel sessions where industry experts shared their knowledge and experiences, providing attendees with career development and entrepreneurship guidance.

The sessions covered a wide range of topics, including career planning, skill development, and the importance of financial literacy. During the panel session, industry leaders and experts offered deep insights into career growth, the importance of mentorship, and strategies for achieving financial success.


Participants also had the chance to connect with professionals, potential employers, and like-minded individuals, fostering a community of support and collaboration.

The fair provided one-on-one advisory sessions, helping participants refine their career goals and strategies for achieving them.
Speaking, the Head Of Department, Covenant Capital, Femi Darabidan stressed the importance of the fair to young professionals.
