Firefighters are battling a fire that erupted at the Christ Embassy Church headquarters in Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos State, on Sunday morning.
The cause of the fire remains unknown as of the time of report.
However, social media has been flooded with videos showing flames and smoke billowing from the building.
According to reports, church services was yet to commence when the fire started and no one was injured in the incident.
Firefighters from the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service are currently on the scene working to extinguish the flames and control the situation.
A video shared on X by Augustine, a user tweeting as Chief_Augustin1, captured the intensity of the fire.
“Serious fire is raging, and men of the Lagos State Fire Service are working hard to put it off,” Augustine wrote.
