Hong Kong-based consulting company Gatwick Advisory Group has started its operations in the UAE from the Ras Al Khaimah free zone focusing on assisting entrepreneurs with local company formation, legal services and bank account opening. After receiving the corporate service provider license from the regulator in February 2023.
However, to solidify its local presence, Gatwick AG plans to open a second office in Dubai in order to assist local clients and ex-pats with international structuring, remote EU/Offshore account opening, as well as international licensing for high-risk industries.
In general, Gatwick AG focuses on assisting clients in the crypto and payments industries for business expansion and bank account opening (B2B & C2B). Most notably, assisting Nexo crypto exchange for remote USD direct bank account opening.
Similarly in 2023, Gatwick AG plans further expansions of its offerings into the African Market and aims to open an office in Lagos, Nigeria in 2024. Meanwhile, Gatwick plans to acquire further licenses in 2023 and expand their corporate service provider business.
