Institute honours Abe

Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management has described Senator Magnus Abe as a knowledgeable politician with vast experience in governance.

Chairman of the institute in South-south, Dr. Jude Nwoka, stated this after the 2nd Annual International Conference of Business Administration and Knowledge Management in Port Harcourt, yesterday, where Abe was inducted as Fellow, Certified Business Administrator and Knowledge Manager by the Institute.

The conference themed, “Professional Business Administration and Knowledge Management: Panacea for Economic and Institutional Health and Sustainability” called for adequate contributions towards socio-economic growth.

Nwoka, an acting Director of, School of Business Studies at Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni, Port Harcourt, said, Abe was honoured for his contributions to human capital development and social-economic growth.


Nwoka said: “Having served as a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Commissioner, Secretary to State Government (SSG) and Senator, you have served well.”

Responding, Abe thanked the Board of Governors, Governing Council, Management and Organising Committees of the Institution for the honour and promised to abide by the rules and regulations of the organisation.
