Life Coaches Association of Nigeria unveils it’s first cohort of iMentor program

The Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN) has announced the official launch of its iMentor Program, an innovative platform designed to provide expert guidance and support for young and intermediate coaches looking to elevate their coaching skills and advance their practice. iMentor offers a unique opportunity for coaches to access a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction, all tailored to meet their needs.

On Wednesday, 17th May, LCAN kicked off iMentor with a dynamic cohort of ten mentors and ten mentees who will embark on a transformative 6-month journey of growth and development. With a focus on reducing decades into days, iMentor will empower coaches with the tools and insights they need to make a meaningful difference in the lives of their clients.

Collins Alunomoh, LCAN Head of Empowerment, who worked with the LCAN IT department to design the program, said, “IMentor is designed to provide a supportive community and a wealth of resources to help coaches achieve their full potential”.

From personalised guidance to expert feedback and peer-to-peer support, Alunomoh revealed that iMentor is leveraging technology to provide the ultimate solution for member coaches within the continent and in the diaspora seeking to enhance their skills and make an impact.

“As an organisation with the mandate to standardise the coaching practice, support transformative living and inspire change in Africa, the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria is proud to offer this groundbreaking platform to its members,” said Omawumi Ogbe, President of LCAN. “With iMentor, the possibilities are endless, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact our mentors and mentees will have on the coaching community and beyond.”
