The National Centre for Agricultural Mechanisation (NCAM), Ilorin, Kwara State has appointed Dr. Abdulgafar Rasheed Kamaldeen as the institute’s Acting Executive Director.
Until his recent appointment, the Ilorin born Kamaldeen was the Director of Farm Power Machinery of the NCAM.
He succeeded Dr. Muideen Yomi Kasali, who recently retired as the Executive Director. Kasali’s tenure ended on October 28, 2022.
The handing over ceremony, done recently was witnessed by the management committee members of the institute.
Kamaldeen in his speech pledged to reposition the institute and build on the good legacies laid by his predecessors.
