President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja, the Nation’s Capital, for Lagos today ahead of Eid-el-Fitr.
Eid-el-Fitr is the earlier of the two official holidays celebrated within Islam. Eid el-Fitr is celebrated by Muslims worldwide because it marks the end of the month-long dawn-to-sunset fasting of Ramadan
In deference to the solemn occasion, which marks the end of Ramadan, the President will observe the moment in prayers for Nigeria in Lagos.
According to the Presidency in a statement issued by Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu will continue official duties during and after the Eid-el-Fitr holidays.
