The AI Booth, showcased at Event Tech Live 2023, stands as a testament to Ibiwoye’s commitment to crafting immersive experiences. Users are invited to choose a character style before capturing a photo. Through the ingenious application of AI and advanced algorithms, the image undergoes a meticulous transformation, seamlessly blending the chosen style while preserving the user’s facial authenticity. In addition to the Eko Heritage Awards recognition, Ibiwoye’s prowess continued to shine in another remarkable project – the Trading Cards Photobooth. Commissioned by the European and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in collaboration with CSM, this venture unfolded at The Hundred in 2023.
As the Lead Developer and Researcher for this project, Ibiwoye spearheaded the creation of an interactive fan experience. Attendees were given the opportunity to choose their favorite team in the photobooth. Leveraging intelligent programming and augmented reality, the app seamlessly placed the team’s jersey on the fan, capturing a memorable photo that was printed out on a custom trading card. This innovative approach not only elevated fan engagement but also showcased Ibiwoye’s ability to seamlessly integrate technology into diverse contexts.
